An all in one spot for company news, community research, data collection and project idea and management. This product design concept was unique in that there were no boundaries - the visual was meant to sell the idea and with that cue, The Hub was dreamt up.
The Challenge
With a small leftover budget of hours, a prominent insurance company wanted to explore the idea of an internal community ecosystem. What if there was a space for employees to share relevant knowledge about similar insurance cases? To cut down on time and frustration within the case building process, employees would be encouraged to share their own challenges with certain types of projects or ingrained knowledge they may have picked up in their tenure. Beyond that, The Hub could also be a space to explore new ideas for the company or for project management flow.
